Website privacy notice.

This notice covers the station finder, saved-station preference, customer messages and business inquiries.

Location searches

City and ZIP coordinates are looked up from data served by this website. When you submit a street address, it is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau to find a matching location. The resulting coordinates, or your city or ZIP area’s approximate center, are sent with station coordinates to the FOSSGIS routing service to estimate road distance and driving time. These providers receive the request and your IP address and may log them under their own policies. Routing requests are logged by FOSSGIS.

The station finder keeps search and route results only in page memory while you use it. It does not add them to our inquiry list or save them in browser storage. Selecting Get directions shares the chosen starting point and station with Google Maps. Read the Census privacy policy and FOSSGIS routing information.

My station preference

If you choose “Make this my station,” the website saves that station’s identifier in local storage on your browser. It is used to show a shortcut to the station, its hours and directions. It does not save your searches, device location or contact details, create an account, or sign you up for messages. Use “Clear saved station” in My station, or clear this website’s browser data, to remove it. The preference does not automatically carry over to other browsers or devices.

What the form asks for

Our forms ask for your name, email and message. Business fueling and supplier forms also ask for your company, operating or service area, and the type of inquiry. Optional details may include a preferred station, phone number, fleet size, estimated fuel usage, product or service information, company links, brokerage, relationship to a property or other property details.

How submissions are used

Information submitted through our forms is used to respond to customer questions, review property, supplier and business fueling opportunities and discuss relevant next steps. The consent on the form concerns that inquiry; it is not a newsletter signup.

Form processing

Our forms use FormSubmit to process submissions and deliver them to our inquiry inbox. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including reCAPTCHA, and states that submission records may be retained for 30 days. Information delivered to the inquiry inbox may be retained to handle the inquiry and related business records. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details or unredacted personal financial documents. Share only information and links you have authority to disclose. If sensitive materials are needed later, arrange an appropriate exchange first.

Other website services

The website loads fonts from Google and links to Google Maps for directions. Those services handle requests under their own policies. We do not use advertising trackers. Optional website analytics, when enabled, follow the choices described below.

Optional website analytics

When enabled, Google Analytics helps management understand website visits, sessions, traffic sources, station-page use and actions such as directions, filters, offers and inquiry submissions. It loads only after you allow analytics cookies. Declining leaves station search and other website features available. Cookie preferences let you change your choice; Global Privacy Control is treated as a decline.

Analytics events exclude names, email addresses, phone numbers, form contents, search terms, precise device coordinates and full direction URLs. Page query strings are excluded, and referring URLs are reduced to their website origin. Google receives technical request information when analytics loads. Reports are available to authorized management, not published on this website. Our consent choice is saved in your browser. Google’s privacy policy describes its processing.

To recognize a completed inquiry after the form provider redirects you back, this tab briefly saves only the form category and submission time, never its contents. A completed-inquiry analytics event is sent only with analytics consent.

Questions or corrections

Use our contact form to request a correction or raise a question about a previous submission. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, without including sensitive credentials.

Location ownership

Listed locations may be owned or operated by different legal entities. See the Location Ownership & Operations notice below.

Device location and maps

If you choose “Use my location,” your browser asks for permission to share your coordinates. We use them for nearby-station distances and send them to the routing provider for driving estimates. You can use a town or ZIP code instead. Station maps are loaded from OpenStreetMap when you open “View map,” select the finder’s Map view, or scroll to the desktop map panel. OpenStreetMap receives the map request and your IP address.

Headline preferences

The scrolling headline panel uses session storage to remember its pause setting and avoid repeating the same starting headline within a browser tab. It does not store your location or contact information.

Fuel and lottery information

Fuel prices are community reports from GasBuddy and may lag behind pump prices. Lottery estimates are periodically checked from public lottery information. Neither feed is a guarantee of the current price or prize. Links to third-party websites follow those websites’ privacy practices.
