This notice covers website inquiries and the station finder.

Location searches

City and ZIP coordinates are looked up from data served by this website. When you submit a street address, it is sent to the U.S. Census Bureau to find a matching location. The resulting coordinates, or your city or ZIP area’s approximate center, are sent with station coordinates to the FOSSGIS routing service to estimate road distance and driving time. These providers receive the request and your IP address and may log them under their own policies. Routing requests are logged by FOSSGIS.

The station finder keeps search and route results only in page memory while you use it. It does not add them to our inquiry list or save them in browser storage. Selecting Get directions shares the chosen starting point and station with Google Maps. Read the Census privacy policy and FOSSGIS routing information.

What the form asks for

The form asks for your name, contact details, inquiry type, location or service area, and the information you choose to share about a property, business, service or financing proposal.

How submissions are used

Information submitted through the form is used to review the opportunity, respond to your inquiry and discuss relevant next steps. The consent on the form concerns that inquiry; it is not a newsletter signup.

Form processing

When enabled, the form uses FormSubmit to process submissions and deliver them to our inquiry inbox. FormSubmit uses spam protection, including reCAPTCHA, and states that submission records may be retained for 30 days. Information delivered to the inquiry inbox may be retained to handle the inquiry and related business records. See FormSubmit’s privacy policy for its processing practices.

What to leave out

Do not submit passwords, Social Security numbers, bank account details or unredacted personal financial documents. Share only information and links you have authority to disclose. If sensitive materials are needed later, arrange an appropriate exchange first.

Other website services

The website loads fonts from Google and links to Google Maps for directions. Those services handle requests under their own policies. We have not added an advertising or analytics tracker to this website.

Questions or corrections

When the inquiry form is available, use it to request a correction or raise a question about a previous submission. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, without including sensitive credentials.
